Can I bring alcohol?

Yes, as long as you are over the legal drinking age (21) you may bring your own alcohol. Drinking responsibly is required!

Should I bring sunscreen?

Absolutely, it is FLORIDA!

Do I need to bring a towel?

Yes, unless you don’t plan on leaving the boat, which is ok too!

Where do we catch the charter from?

We can pick up from almost anywhere in the Clearwater, Dunedin, Palm Harbor, Tarpon Springs area.

What water gear is provided?

All boat safety equipment, life jackets, clean snorkel and mask, mesh shelling bag, and tube.

Is there food provided?

No on every trip you will be provided with Ice water. You may bring any food/snacks you would like on the tour.

Departure time for Sunset cruise?

Varies throughout the year, as the sunset does. Pick-up time one hour prior to sunset, please call for time and location.

Will I get a refund if I cancel / cancellation policy?

A full refund will be given if reservations are cancelled 48 hours prior to scheduled cruise or due to weather (Capt call). If The Captain launches the boat for the charter and no one calls or shows up you will be charged for the minimum of two hours ($350.00).

What happens if the weather is not good?

Capt. Luke loves meteorology and is always up to date on any weather in the area, so if it is not safe the trip will be cancelled with a full refund will be issued, or we will try our best to reschedule you ASAP.

What happens if someone in our party gets injured while ON THE BOAT during a charter.

Our insurance would cover you as long as you are ON THE BOAT. We require our waver/hold-harmless be signed before departure of all charters.

What happens if someone in our party gets injured while OFF THE BOAT during a charter.

Our insurance would NOT cover you while OFF THE BOAT (Snorkeling, Tubing,Shelling, EXT). We require our waver/hold-harmless be signed before departure of all charters.
